    A Syracuse native, and an LMT since 2001, I'm New York State and nationally licensed in Massage Therapy.

    Nationally certified in Medical and Orthopedic Massage, I'm also a certified Personal Trainer.

    Massage school instructor at the Onondaga School of Therapeutic Massage, teaching the following subjects since 2001.

    Local practice in the Fairmount area, working with my former massage school instructor Stephanie Delahunt.

    Treating chronic pain is my focus, and the most satisfying part of my job.  Too often people in pain are relegated to a lifetime of painkillers and other drugs that mask their symptoms.

     Proven results from Orthopedic techniques allow me to help patients who have given up hope of regaining mobility and returning to their pre injury lives.

    Advanced techniques of assessment and treatment allow me to work with chronic pain, acute injuries, post and pre-surgical patients.
