 CRUMBLING FOUNDATION

    Long bands of muscle run from our head down to the low back (just above the tailbone). 

    A solid foundation that supports the entire weight of our upper body, these muscles need to stretch and shift in response to our every movement.

    Assessment is critical to determine where the stress is on the hip, pelvis, and back, and what is the best way to release it.

    Stretching and posture exercises can quickly help relieve pain, often with a single session.  Posture techniques help prevent pain from coming back.
